Harvested from Lodi in the Central Valley of California. Aged on heavy toasted French oak for 9 months. Perfumed aromas of smoke, black currant, and leather. Lush flavors of black cherry, blackberry and pepper. Pairs well with cheddar cheeses, and lamb dishes.
