The evening’s menu:
Course 1- Ahi Tuna Wonton: Blackened Ahi, Avocado, Mango, Ginger, Wonton.

Course 2- Wedge Salad: Baby Iceberg, Blue Cheese, Tomato, Bacon, House Ranch.

Course 3- Scallop with Corn Sauce: Seared Sea Scallop, Roasted Corn Sauce.

Course 4- Skirt Steak: Grilled Steak, Charred Onion Butter, Broccolini, Red Pepper Mash.
